TTT visits the Skyscraper Museum

TTT held an informal meeting at the Skyscraper Museum on November 21. A museum representative who was showing us around said,†ìIíd rather have the †Twin Towers rebuilt. They were the originals and that is what we need back. The Twin Towers is what matters.î†It was great to see everyone at the museum. The†Skyscraper Museum has†rich history on not only the WTC, but of course the Empire State Building, Chrysler Building among many others. Student sues over Freedom Tower design

An architectural student from Brookline, Massachusetts is suing the designers of the Freedom Tower claiming that they closely resemble those he created at Yale University.† This is just another example of the rebuilding process being marred with controversy. Mayor Giuliani has said "We can't stand here without looking behind us and seeing the skyline of the greatest city in the world missing something that meant so much for us, those two towers" - but he doesn't seek to rebuild them.
